In summer of 2017 we started offering Styrene-Butadiene Rubber grades SBR 1502 and SBR 1712. We are excited to add these materials to our product list as a quality alternative to what is available in the US market.

CARBON BLACK N220 Provides excellent abrasion resistance, high tensile, good tear properties, moderate electrical conductivity, high dynamic hardness and elastic rebound to rubber, high durability, and low hysteresis. Used in truck and passenger tires, mechanical goods, inks and coatings.
CARBON BLACK N234 Provides the most abrasion resistance. Excellent wear and extrusion properties typical of improved process high structure blacks. Used in all elastomers, SBR/BR blends for treads and tread rubber.
CARBON BLACK N326 Fine low structure, high reinforcing grade. Provides low modulus, high elongation at break, high values of tear resistance and fatigue strength to rubber. Breaker compounds, including breaker rubber compounds for giant and off-the-road tires, transport and conveyor belts, industrial rubber goods, tire carcasses, belts, seals, inks and coatings.
CARBON BLACK N330 Provides good abrasion resistance with high resilience, easy processing, good tensile and tear properties. Wide range of applications in natural rubber and synthetic rubber compounds for both tires, mechanical goods, high quality protecting rubbers and stocks, cable covers, technical seals. Inks and coatings.
CARBON BLACK N339 Excellent wear resistance, high resistance to rupture and extrusion properties typical of improved process high structure blacks. Used in passenger treads, tread rubber, mechanical goods, for producing high quality rubber molded articles for extreme conditions.
CARBON BLACK N550 Imparts medium abrasion resistance, high strength, low shrinkage and die swell. Provides fast, smooth extrusions and relatively high resilience. Gives high elasticity to rubber, intermediate hardness, increased ability for filing, high profiling properties. Used in tire carcasses, cushion gum, tubing, sleeves, roof coverings, cable jacketing, plastic conduit compounds, molded articles, framed and breaker rubbers, cables, footwear and in extruded goods requiring excellent dimensional stability.
CARBON BLACK N650 High structure, medium reinforcement gives low die swell, smooth extrusion and easy processing plus economical compounding. Used in tire carcasses and sidewalls, profiling articles, technical seals, cable jackets, inner tubes and hoses.
CARBON BLACK N660 Medium reinforcing low-structure grade with medium dispersion. Provides higher die swell, high resilience at a relatively high hardness, good reinforcement, low heat generation, smooth processing to all elastomers. High loading capacity. Tire body and tube compounds. Molded products, profile-extruded products. One-plied roofing. Insulation cable rubber. As pigment in inks, coatings.
CARBON BLACK N762 Has low values of dispersion, structural features, good dynamic properties to rubbers. Used in frameworks, extruding rubber articles, tubes, rubber articles subject to dynamic loads, industrial rubber articles and masterbatch, printing inks, pigment for plastic materials, and uv-stabilizer for polyolefins.
CARBON BLACK N774 Have low dispersion values, features dynamic properties to rubbers, gives high elasticity and low heating generation to rubber. Easy mixing with high loading properties and easy extrusion qualities. Allows to obtain an optimal combination of high service properties of rubbers with improved processing of mixes. Used in tires, rubber goods, molded articles, belts, hoses, footwear, coatings and printing inks.
LAMP BLACK P803 Used in rubber industry, particularly for extruded items where the best extrudability and smooth surface is desired. It improves process of extrusion, injection molding and calendaring. Mechanical rubber goods, belts, polymers, as it allows for shorter mixing cycles along with higher filler loadings and improved dispersibility. As a tint agent for plastics, inks, paints and coatings, where a blue tone is desired. For coloring concrete, in the production of dry construction mixtures, as well as various applications in cast metal, graphite goods and reactive components.
THERMAL BLACK N990 Ensures excellent technical properties for processed rubber mixes, and possibility to attain a high degree of filling polymeric compositions thus making all economic advantages of this grade. Used in conveyor belts, as inactive filler for tires, industrial rubber goods.
THERMAL BLACK N991 Characterized by the lowest values of specific surface and structure index in comparison with other grades. Ensures excellent technological properties of rubber mixes while processing, possibility to attain a high degree of filling of polymeric compositions and graphitizes well. Along with the strengthening effect, has a high conductivity of articles, shows a low gas emission during heat treatment, gives good technological properties to mixes. Used in production of industrial rubber goods, belts, tires and carbon graphite materials, inks and coatings.
CHANNEL BLACK K354 Has a high dispersion value, low structural value, and active surface. Gives a good enhancing effect, ensures an intensive black color of materials, resistant to ultraviolet radiation. Used in extra strong industrial rubber goods, making intensively black varnishes and coats, synthetic fibers, printing inks, carbon paper, typewriter types, rubbers, paintworks materials, painting of polymeric materials, for perfumery and carbon graphite materials.
Synthetic Styrene-Butadiene Rubber is made from petroleum-based monomers (styrene and butadiene) by emulsion copolymerization with an emulsifier being a mixture of rosin soaps and synthetic fatty acids.
SBR 1502 Used for Mechanical Industrial Rubber, Specialty Grades of Plastics, Protective Coatings, Tires, Sealing, Hoses, Belts, Flooring, Matting, Footwear and Lithium-Ion Battery.
As a Refined Substance it used to improve the Impact and Heat-Resistant Properties of certain Polymers, particularly Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene (ABS).
SBR 1712 Used for Dark Colored Engineered Rubber Goods, Tires, Sealing, Hoses, Belts, Flooring, Matting, Footwear, Polymer Modification and Adhesives.
